Independent service; no affiliation

ValixData is an independent service. It is not sponsored by, endorsed by, affiliated with, or a replacement for any third-party data provider, software platform, financial institution, research service, professional adviser, or other system a user may rely on. Any third-party source name shown solely to identify data provenance or satisfy attribution requirements remains the property of its owner and does not imply a partnership, recommendation, compatibility claim, or endorsement.

Informational service only

ValixData provides informational and analytical tools. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, accounting, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice; it is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, execution venue, or fiduciary; and it does not execute or route trades. Users remain responsible for professional judgment and consequential decisions.

Data, analytics and AI

Information may come from public, licensed, user-authorized, or other third-party sources. Data may be delayed, unavailable, revised, incomplete, or incorrect. Reference-baseline indicators are labeled as reference and must not be treated as current quotations. Automated or AI-assisted summaries can make mistakes and are not a substitute for reviewing underlying sources or obtaining qualified professional advice. ValixData is designed as decision support: it may provide facts, context, comparisons, scenarios and qualified directional analysis, but users remain responsible for consequential judgment and action.

Role-based access and entitlements

Plans may differ by dataset scope, professional desk access, analytical depth, historical range, reports, alerts, exports, cross-desk visibility, AI context and other capabilities. Access to one level does not grant rights to higher-level intelligence. Users may not bypass, probe, scrape, share credentials to defeat, or otherwise circumvent role-based access controls or plan limits. Enterprise deployments may apply organization-specific role and governance policies.

Human control; no autonomous authority

ValixData does not have authority to approve, execute or direct consequential business, investment, accounting, personnel, legal, medical, tax or operating decisions for a user. It does not autonomously route orders or transactions. Any directional analysis is informational and should be evaluated by the responsible human professional in light of the user's own facts, policies, duties and independent judgment.

Third-party sources and rights

Third-party data, trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners. ValixData does not grant users rights to redistribute third-party data beyond the rights actually licensed or permitted. Source references are for provenance and transparency, not advertising or endorsement.

ValixData intellectual property

Except for third-party material, ValixData's site design, original text, organization, software, analytical presentation, and proprietary compilations are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Access is a limited right to use the service for authorized internal purposes; it does not transfer ownership or permit resale, republication, credential sharing, reverse engineering, or systematic extraction except where expressly permitted in writing or required by law.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Before any paid enrollment, the checkout will clearly display the price, billing interval, renewal terms, material restrictions, and cancellation method. Recurring charges require the customer's express authorization. Cancellation must be available through a straightforward path, and future charges stop according to the cancellation terms shown at enrollment. A payment or merchant-of-record provider may separately apply its checkout and payment terms.

Acceptable use

Users may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse credentials, unlawfully scrape or redistribute protected data, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or organization, or use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.

Availability and warranties

The service and its data are provided on an "as available" basis. Feeds, integrations, calculations, and summaries may be interrupted or changed. ValixData does not promise uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular decision. Where law does not permit an exclusion, the exclusion applies only to the maximum extent legally allowed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ValixData is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading/investment losses arising from reliance on third-party data, analytical summaries, service interruptions, or decisions made using the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and additional terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Paid plans, enterprise deployments, licensed-data connections, or negotiated services may include additional order-form or checkout terms. Material terms presented at purchase control the applicable subscription transaction.
