VALIXDATA · FAIR ENTERPRISE MODEL

Enterprise value without enterprise pricing games.

Keep the systems that already work. Add ValixData as the role-specific daily intelligence layer across the people who need it. Pricing starts from the same published role rates as individual customers, then becomes more economical as adoption grows.

Predictable by design. Flexible by role.

Published seat anchors

Professional $990/year · Manager $2,490/year · Executive $4,990/year. Enterprise quotes begin with these same rates rather than a hidden enterprise multiplier.

$15,000 annual minimum

Enterprise governance is intended for organizations with meaningful deployment scope. Smaller groups can use standard or team pricing without paying an enterprise platform fee.

Mix roles freely

An organization can combine Professional, Manager and Executive seats. Users pay for the intelligence depth appropriate to their responsibilities rather than every employee being forced into the highest tier.

Automatic volume discounts — no negotiation required.

5–9 USER SEATS
10% off annual role rates

Team

Consolidated purchasing for a small group. No enterprise minimum required.

10–24 USER SEATS
15% off annual role rates

Enterprise

Subject to the $15,000 annual minimum. Enterprise administration/governance capabilities are included as they become production-ready.

25–49 USER SEATS
20% off annual role rates

Department

Lower unit economics as adoption expands across a function or department.

Brief recipients are not seats. Sending an exported or published brief to a colleague does not require that colleague to buy an interactive ValixData seat. A paid seat is required when the person needs to log in, explore data, use personalized views or interact with ValixData intelligence.

Terms designed to make procurement boring.

No surprise overages

Included product usage has predictable subscription economics. Premium licensed datasets, bespoke integrations or unusual compute requirements are separate only when disclosed and approved in advance.

No automatic seat expansion

Additional user seats require an authorized administrator. Added seats are prorated for the remaining contract term; seat reductions take effect at renewal.

Renewal fairness

For the same scope, the governing target is no more than a 5% annual renewal increase, with at least 60 days' notice. Scope changes, taxes and disclosed third-party licensing changes are separate.

No data hostage

Customers can export entitled reports and evidence. ValixData should remain because it is useful, not because leaving is intentionally painful.

Commitment earns a real concession.

Enterprise contracts are annual by default. A two-year commitment can earn an additional 5% term discount; a three-year commitment can earn an additional 10%. Volume and term discounts together normally cap at 30%. Multi-year pricing is locked for the committed term for the same scope.

Discounts are exchanged for something real.

ValixData does not train customers to negotiate against an artificial list price. Additional discounting should correspond to a longer commitment, larger deployment, materially lower servicing cost, or another concrete economic benefit.

A low-risk way to prove the value.

The planned enterprise evaluation is a 30-day proof-of-value for up to 10 users at $1,500, credited in full against the first annual enterprise invoice if the organization converts within 30 days of the evaluation. Standard individual users can instead use the planned 7-day no-card Professional trial.

Enterprise capabilities without role collapse.

Central administration, consolidated billing, role and desk assignment, SSO, security review, governed integrations and organization-level intelligence are part of the institutional direction. Each capability is marketed as available only after it is actually production-ready. Role boundaries remain enforced server-side.

Human decision authority remains intact.

ValixData can surface facts, changes, comparisons, scenarios and directional analysis. It does not autonomously execute or approve consequential financial, personnel or operating decisions.

Why this model is fair to both sides.

The customer wins as adoption grows

Per-seat economics improve automatically with volume, and brief sharing does not create unnecessary seat charges.

ValixData is paid for institutional value

Large deployments do not receive unlimited organization-wide intelligence for the price of a handful of individual seats.

The bill stays predictable

Known annual commitment, known discount bands, controlled seat additions and disclosed exceptions make budgeting straightforward.
