NovisData is a technology company. Use of this platform does not create any regulated relationship of any kind.
These terms and any dispute arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Delaware. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Each party bears its own attorneys' fees except as otherwise required by applicable law. Class action proceedings are waived.
NovisData may update these terms at any time. The updated terms take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
By accessing or using this platform — including by viewing any terminal, using ARIA, reading any Morning Brief, or using any other feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by everything on this page.
