Protecting NovisData Content

All NovisData content — including but not limited to AI-generated analysis, terminal outputs, ARIA responses, platform design, and source code — is proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or use to train competing AI systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Repeat Infringers

NovisData will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
