AI & Data Disclosure

Everything on this platform is AI-synthesized. That means NOVA and ARIA assemble, model, and infer from public data — producing structured intelligence that no synthesis can fully verify against primary sources. We label it clearly so the humans using it know exactly what they're working with.

ARIA — How it works

Powered by ARIA AI
ARIA is built on NovisData's AI model. We use ARIA's API. We do not train or fine-tune our own model. ARIA is one of the most capable and safety-focused AI models available.
Synthesized, not sourced
Every KPI, signal, and analysis ARIA produces is AI-synthesized — assembled from public feeds and inferred, not pulled directly from a verified source. Synthesized outputs may differ materially from primary source data. The label "synthesized" appears on all outputs for this reason.
Confidence ratings
ARIA rates confidence on its analysis (High / Medium / Low). These are editorial estimates based on data availability, signal clarity, and time horizon. They are not statistical confidence intervals. AI can be wrong even at high confidence.
Professional Memory
When you provide ARIA with your role, firm, and investment criteria, this is stored in your encrypted profile and injected into ARIA's context on every request. You can update or delete it at any time from Account settings.
Zero data retention
ARIA conversations are NOT stored after your session ends. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. We do not share conversations with third parties. Your professional memory (what you explicitly provide) is stored encrypted and is only yours.

NOVA — How it works

Scheduled overnight synthesis
NOVA runs every day at approximately 1am ET. It collects fresh data from all primary sources, synthesizes it using ARIA, and prepares a brief for each subscribed terminal. Delivery is at 6am ET.
Terminal-specific context
NOVA's synthesis is prompted with each terminal's specific profession context, signal priorities, and key data series. The PE terminal gets a different synthesis than the Healthcare terminal — each calibrated to what matters for that profession.
Source labeling
Every section of a NOVA brief cites its sources. Market data sections cite the data source (FRED, ICE BofA, etc.). News sections link to the original article. ARIA Synthesis sections are explicitly labeled as AI inference.
For information only
NOVA and ARIA produce synthesized intelligence, not investment recommendations. Every output is designed to inform human judgment — not substitute for it. Experienced professionals bring expertise, institutional knowledge, and relationships that no synthesis can replicate. Nothing here constitutes advice to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset.
Failures and fallbacks
If NOVA synthesis fails for any terminal, we do not deliver a degraded brief. If data from any source is unavailable, we label affected tiles as "Data unavailable" rather than showing stale data. Transparency over appearance.
What synthesized data is — and isn't
Model outputs, not market data. ARIA synthesizes public signals into structured intelligence. The numbers, readings, and signals displayed are model inferences drawn from public feeds — not direct quotes from an exchange, clearinghouse, or regulator. Primary source figures may differ.
Patterns, not predictions. ARIA identifies patterns in current conditions and reasons about their implications. Synthesized intelligence reflects what the data suggests today — future prices, rates, and outcomes remain outside what any model can reliably produce.
Context, not conclusions. Synthesized intelligence is structured context — one signal among many a professional considers. The humans who use this platform most effectively combine it with their own expertise, primary research, and judgment. The final call belongs to the person with the full picture.
