Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the NovisData platform. By accessing NovisData you agree to comply with these terms. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Permitted Use

NovisData is licensed for your individual professional use only. You may use the platform to access intelligence, run analysis, and generate reports for your own internal professional purposes.

Prohibited Activities

Sharing, selling, sublicensing, or redistributing your account credentials or access to any third party
Scraping, crawling, or bulk-downloading any content, data, or outputs from the platform by automated means
Using any NovisData output, AI analysis, or data to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning model, AI system, or competing product
Reproducing, publishing, or distributing NovisData content — including ARIA responses, terminal insights, or AI analysis — outside your organization without written permission
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code or proprietary algorithms from the platform
Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with any security feature, access control, or usage limit
Using the platform to manipulate markets, spread misinformation, or engage in any fraudulent activity
Accessing the platform through means other than the officially provided interface

One Seat, One User

Each subscription seat is licensed to one named individual. Concurrent use of a single account by multiple individuals is prohibited. Team and Firm plans include the number of seats specified at purchase — each seat must be assigned to a named user.

Output Usage

You may use NovisData outputs for internal professional purposes. Any external publication, client-facing use, or redistribution of AI-generated analysis must include a clear attribution to NovisData and a disclaimer that the content is AI-generated and not investment advice.

Enforcement

NovisData reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy, at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without refund. NovisData may pursue legal remedies for violations that cause material harm.
